Job Description
- The incumbent will report to the Senior Vice President Allergan Aesthetics and strategically support and oversee the Performance Excellence support functions for the Aesthetics teams across the US. This includes leadership for teams of Market Research & Intelligence, Field Force Operations and Incentive Compensation.
- This role will build and execute on a data strategy for our cross functional teams, collaborating extensively with Marketing and Sales to drive results for the business.
- This incumbent will strategically lead a team of experienced subject matter experts in their fields, who deliver on custom performance metrics and analysis in support of the Aesthetics consumer industry.
- Establishes close ongoing ties with all team members and supporting teams, to ensure appropriate empowerment and delegation and maintaining aligned efforts. Provide executive leadership to cross-functional teams, guiding work initiatives, analytical execution, interpretation of research insights, and development of strategic recommendations/financial considerations.
- This role will oversee analytics and research studies across a portfolio of pharmaceutical & medical device specialties across Aesthetics, serving as a senior leader responsible for driving customer impact, revenue growth, and analytic excellence. The incumbent will balance deep technical expertise with strategic vision, strong customer orientation, and a proven ability to execute results and strategies in support of the dynamic aesthetics market.
- In this role as an executive leader, he/she will lead and expand a portfolio of high-impact analytic engagements that inform pricing, reimbursement, and access strategies for a portfolio of life science clients (pharma/diagnostics/devices). You will also Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Operations leadership to ensure sales activities align with brand strategies and delivers data-driven insights to support critical business decisions.
- The incumbent will oversee teams who leverage deep expertise in U.S. healthcare data analytics to translate complex analyses into actionable insights that directly support commercialization decisions. The Market Research teams reporting into this position will lead primary market research activities for Allergan Aesthetics products, developing comprehensive market research plans to support strategic decisions, and utilize market research methodologies to gather insights to inform decisions on key business objectives.
- Strategic Advisor, working closely with cross-functional leaders across Marketing, Sales, Strategy, Pipeline Commercialization and others… the incumbent will set analytic direction, oversee execution, and ensure deliverables align with customer objectives.
- Develop and lead high-performing teams, coaching leaders of leaders, and expanding capabilities to support both delivery excellence and commercial growth.

Qualifications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in analytics, health care, business administration or related field, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be considered. MBA a plus.
- A minimum of 17+ years of progressively responsible experience within the pharmaceutical or med device industry
- Requires at least 7 years of combined experience working in commercial analytics, incentive compensation and/or field operations (ex. deployment, targeting etc.) roles supporting field-based teams.
- Requires at least 7+ years of people management experience.
- Ideal candidate will have demonstrated proficiency in biopharmaceutical field incentive compensation, field force deployment, targeting, field force performance analytics/ and exposure to market research experience.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.

Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
