Job Description

As a Business Finance Manager, you will play a key role in partnering with Brand Teams, bringing financial insight, commercial acumen, and a collaborative mindset to support the business in delivering strong performance and sustainable results.
What you will do
- You will serve as a trusted strategic business partner to Brand Teams, helping drive informed decisions through sharp financial insight, sound judgment, and a strong understanding of the business.
- You will own and manage Brand P&Ls, perform variance analysis against benchmarks, and proactively bring key insights, risks, and opportunities to Commercial Leadership.
- You will strengthen finance capabilities across Brand Teams and cross-functional partners, including Market Access, Medical, and other stakeholders, helping foster a culture of accountability, partnership, and business ownership.
- You will prepare and submit complete financial analyses for all planning cycles, including Financial Plan, LBE updates, and LRP.
- You will ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and analysis, meeting mandatory reporting requirements with rigor and attention to detail.
- You will contribute to monthly sales close activities as well as quarterly expense close processes, ensuring accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
- You will prepare forecast review materials, provide supporting analysis, and actively contribute to business reviews with clear, actionable insights.
- You will coordinate price change approvals in the pricing database, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and effective process execution.
- You will collaborate closely with Region/Area FP&A and Brand Finance teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and strong cross-functional support.
- You will run scenario analyses together with the Business Unit Director to assess opportunities and risks related to new asset launches.
- You will act as the single point of contact for finance matters within the Therapeutic Areas, providing clarity, responsiveness, and dependable support.
- You will actively participate in monthly S&OP meetings, bringing a strong financial perspective to operational planning and decision-making.
- You will support annual audits as well as any internal or external audits and surveys, as needed.
- You will prepare regular and ad hoc reporting for local management and HQ, delivering clarity, quality, and insight that supports decision-making.
- You will actively contribute to the continuous development and improvement of finance tools, processes, and ways of working.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics
- A Master’s degree in Finance is preferred
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of automation tools, with the ability to design Power BI reports considered an advantage
- Fluent English & Greek
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A collaborative team spirit and a proactive, flexible mindset
- Excellent customer orientation and communication abilities
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail when working with numbers
