Your Key Responsibilities will be:
- Rotational Assignments: Engage in a series of rotational assignments across various functions, including commercial, market access, external affairs and medical affairs. Gain exposure to different functions and develop a holistic understanding of the industry and AbbVie.
- Project Management: Lead and contribute to strategic projects that drive business growth and operational excellence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions, leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Networking and Collaboration: Build strong relationships with colleagues, mentors and industry professionals to expand your professional network. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive collaboration and knowledge sharing across the organization.
Qualifications
What we expect from you:
Education: You are a recent graduate with a University degree (for ex. Health Economics, Pharmacy, Economics, M.Sc. (Tech.)) or equivalent experience with a strong understanding/passion of/for the industry.
Experience: No prior work experience is required.
Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Innovative, creative and a drive to challenge the status quo.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, with a willingness to take on new challenges and learn quickly. Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passion for Pharma: Genuine interest in Bio-Pharma Industry and a passion for innovative healthcare solutions.
Mobility: We look for talented colleagues with readiness to mobility between AbbVie affiliates across geographies.
Language: Fluency in written and spoken Finnish and English is required.
