Tumoohy طموحي is AbbVie’s Emirati graduate program designed to develop high-potential UAE National talent through a structured 18–24-month rotational journey.
Participants gain hands-on experience, real responsibilities, and cross-functional exposure across AbbVie , building a strong foundation for future careers in the pharmaceutical industry.

For candidates holding a Bachelor’s degree in Communications , Public Relations  a strong interest in Pharmaceutical External and Internal Communications experience.
