Job Description

Supporting the New Indications Lead, International Marketing, this position actively contribute to the design, development, and implementation of brand strategies and tactical initiatives that support HCP Promo for RINVOQ new indications in Rheumatology. As HCP Marketing Manager New Indications, this position collaborates and engages with a matrixed team, which includes (but not limited to): market access, medical affairs, finance, regulatory, legal, supply operations, health economics, clinical development, R&D, public affairs, medical and regulatory review, patient relations, business insights, OEC, and learning.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Participate in International cross functional team and work closely with affiliates to generate effective tactics and competitive readiness plans for launch indication.
  • Ensure go-to-market models’ application to support different country-archetypes for successful launch.
  • This individual will also lead work with our multiple agencies.
  • Effectively monitors KPIs, trackers and define action plans.
  • Demonstrates customer-centricity approach knowledge, and ability to promote on omnichannel marketing approach.
  • Partner with training teams to ensure effective integration of HCP promotional tools into training programs, driving pull-through and field adoption of key marketing materials and tactics.
  • Identifies, analyzes, and translates product, brand, customer, patient, and relevant information to frame and solve business problems and build an effective launch plan.
  • Effectively directs research team efforts in primary research projects and understands the healthcare business environment including international markets and payers, distribution channels, and pricing strategies.
  • Monitors and leads international marketing programs and activities within budgeted constraints while understanding the fundamental aspects of portfolio performance.
  • Ensures that regulatory and compliance guidelines are followed.

Qualifications

Basic:

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment delivering high quality.
  • Skilled at brand management, project management, time management, communication, decision-making, organizational relations.
  • Achieve the respect of peers and management for their level of knowledge, insights, contribution, engagements and delivered results.
  • Ability to engage with and motivate Area and Affiliate Brand Team leaders.
  • Willingness to travel at least 20%.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting Pharmaceutical Products.
  • Experience and proven track record in Pharma Marketing and Brand Management.
  • Understanding of attributes of other functional areas and impact of relevant decisions. Knowledge of marketing concepts within strategic planning process.
  • Experience and ability to demonstrate financial planning and analysis skills.
