Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Training Manager to join our Access and Reimbursement Training Team. This role will focus primarily on Eye Care, with secondary support to Oncology Field Reimbursement Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive training strategies for the Access and Reimbursement organization, with a primary focus on Eye Care and secondary support to Oncology.
- Analyze current training processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Design, develop, and implement modular, scalable training programs—including e-learning, instructor-led, and blended learning solutions.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify performance gaps and training requirements within Eye Care and Oncology access and reimbursement.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using data and business metrics, providing actionable feedback to stakeholders and partners.
- Collaborate closely with internal eye care teams and external partners to ensure alignment and support of Eye Care-specific goals, while supporting Oncology initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, working with Legal/OEC and following MRP guidelines.
- Proactively anticipate challenges and develop strategies to facilitate successful program rollouts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
- 7+ years’ experience in training, field reimbursement management, district management, or account executive roles within healthcare or life sciences.
- 2+ years of Access & Reimbursement experience, including Buy and Bill.
- Proven experience developing and delivering performance-focused training programs.
- Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Proficiency with learning management systems, e-learning platforms, training software, and AI tools.
- Ability to work independently and lead teams with minimal supervision.
