Job Description
The Director of Marketing for Natrelle and Keller Funnel is responsible for shaping and executing the brand strategy to drive growth, awareness, and market leadership. The role leads brand planning, commercial strategy, and integrated marketing programs targeting both healthcare professionals and patients. This individual acts as the primary steward of the brand’s positioning in the plastic surgery space and works cross-functionally with sales, clinical, regulatory, and external agency partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic brand plans to achieve business objectives in the plastic surgery segment.
- Lead the Natrelle team with an emphasis on developing and engaging talent.
- Conduct market analysis, identify trends, and leverage customer insights to inform marketing initiatives.
- Lead campaigns that promote product benefits, clinical outcomes, and brand value to surgeons, practices, and patients.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, medical affairs, and regulatory teams to ensure compliant messaging and effective product launches.
- Oversee creation of educational and promotional content, digital assets, events, and KOL engagement programs.
- Partner with finance and operations to deliver accurate demand plans
- Develop/maintain relationships with plastic surgery societies and key customers (KOLs). Support major industry meetings
- Manage budget, agency relationships, and vendor contracts, driving ROI across all marketing activities.
- Support key meetings and advisory boards with development of strategy and content for brand
- Monitor brand performance and maintain competitive intelligence on emerging products, competitors, and market shifts.
- Serve as internal brand champion, training sales teams and influencing senior leadership on brand priorities.
- Manage expenses to ensure that costs are in-line with the operating budget.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceuticals marketing, with proven experience in brand leadership.
- Deep understanding of the aesthetics/plastic surgery market and its stakeholders a plus.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and launching new products.
- Analytical, strategic thinker with strong communication and project management skills.
- Experience with regulatory guidelines (FDA, EU MDR) and medical device marketing compliance.

Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
