Job Description

Role Overview:
The Multichannel Marketing Manager at Allergan Aesthetics Mexico is responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing innovative multichannel marketing strategies to drive brand growth and customer engagement (primarily healthcare professionals and strategic partners, not direct-to-consumer). This leader will oversee digital transformation, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate brand strategy integration across all channels—working closely with local, regional, and global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a long-term omnichannel digital and technological vision across the full product portfolio, leveraging customer insights and behavior.
  • Lead social media and content strategy, ensuring communication is aligned with brand objectives and compliant with industry regulations.
  • Oversee and coordinate work with external digital agencies and technology partners to maintain excellence and relevance on all digital channels, prioritizing legal compliance and high-quality content.
  • Design seamless digital customer journeys for healthcare professionals, patients, and key stakeholders.
  • Drive projects that raise the bar for digital marketing, positioning Allergan Aesthetics as a leader in innovation for clients.
  • Manage special digital projects and identify growth opportunities, differentiating the brand through tailored multichannel solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Digital, Medical, Sales, Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance teams for the development and implementation of initiatives aligned with business needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Continuously measure and report on the performance (KPIs) of multichannel campaigns, using analytics to optimize strategy and tactics.
  • Serve as a key liaison with global teams for the execution and adaptation of multichannel projects to meet local market needs.
  • Promote and share best practices in digital/multichannel communication and foster a culture of innovation within the organization.

Qualifications

Requirements and Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or related field. Master’s degree and digital marketing specialization are a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry (or highly regulated sectors) and at least 5 years in digital/multichannel marketing roles.
  • Proven experience in content development, channel strategy, and CRM platforms (Veeva, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, etc.).
  • Preferable previous experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology or beauty.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing complex projects and relationships with agencies.
  • Deep knowledge of multichannel strategies (social networks, websites, email, webinars, etc.) and optimization through data and technology.
  • Advanced level of English; fluent/native Spanish.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and collaboration skills for working with global and multicultural teams.
  • Proactive, self-driven, flexible, strategic thinker with a strong sense of innovation and initiative to develop and execute projects back to back with proven project managerial expertise.
  • Profound understanding of regulatory, compliance, and best practices for healthcare professional communications (not direct-to-consumer).
  • Willingness to travel (up to 25%).
