Job Description
Purpose
The purpose of the Finance Manager role is to support operational activities within the US Therapeutics Divisional Headquarters team, focusing on master data governance, BPC system support and maintenance, and visualization tools. This position plays a key part in leading process improvements across financial planning, reporting, and actuals deliverables. The Finance Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technology-enabled transformation and process optimization, ensuring efficient consolidation solutions and adherence to Finance policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
Lead daily aspects of integration and implementation of the master data governance initiatives for the US Therapeutics (USTx) Finance organization ensuring alignment with enterprise driven changes.
Effectively manage hierarchies in SAP and BPC, ensuring alignment between systems and management requirements.
Collaborate with cross functional USTx Finance teams in documenting requirements for future consolidation tool enhancements, while ensuring alignment with Corporate FP&A BPC team.
Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs) and desktop procedures (DTPs) for all key financial system processes to ensure consistency and compliance. Implement a document management process for version control, access, and retention of SOPs / DTPs.
Support enhancements and regular maintenance to visualization tools (PowerBI, BPC, etc.). Collaborate with BPC team in evaluating existing reporting options out of BPC and identify opportunities for optimization and automation standard reports.
Collaborates and provides routine business support to enable informed decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting. CPA or MBA preferred.
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive and related experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and changing priorities.
- Self-starter with ability to operate independently, drive processes, proactively identify and implement process improvements, and establish and adjust priorities to achieve objectives and operate with speed and agility.
- Experienced in providing training to various levels of finance professionals.
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with a solid understanding of automated accounting systems such as HFM, SAP, and TM1, as well as BPC desktop productivity and data visualization tools.

Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
