Job Description

  • Support the supply process setting up KPIs and measuring service across the chain.
  • Work for assurance of product supply across the different brands, mitigating risk were possible and developing strategies to better serve the business. Including exports where relevant
  • Key player on the S&OP process, working closely with Sales, market Access and FP&A team to maximize the chances of achieving the company´s plan.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to assure best in class solutions for the business, including relationships and service metrics with TPM / Logistics as needed.
  • Work with the planning centers in Zwolle (NL), Chicago (US), Guarulhos and other plants to understand potential gaps and solve as needed.

Qualifications

  • Industrial Engineer, Business Administrator or similar.
  • 5-6 years of Logistics/Supply chain experience
  • Proficient in English: advance
  • Customer focus
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Individual must be self-motivated with great follow-up skills and be able to work independently.
