At Halls Head Dental, we're looking for a friendly and reliable Casual Dental Receptionist to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and is looking for flexibility while making a real difference to our patients' experience.

As our Receptionist, you'll be the welcoming face of the practice, helping ensure every patient feels comfortable from the moment they arrive.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming patients with a warm and professional approach
• Answering phone calls and assisting with enquiries
• Booking and managing appointments
• Processing payments and health fund claims
• Maintaining patient records accurately
• Supporting the clinical team with day-to-day administrative tasks
• Helping the practice run smoothly and efficiently

You'll be someone who:

• Loves providing great customer service
• Has a friendly, positive and professional attitude
• Is organised and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• Has good computer skills and picks up new systems quickly
• Enjoys working as part of a close-knit team

Previous dental or medical reception experience is highly regarded, but not essential. If you've worked in hospitality, retail, administration or another customer-facing role and are keen to learn, we'd love to hear from you.
