Job Description

We’re looking for a passionate Oral Health Therapist to join our friendly, patient-focused dental practice in Three Kings, Auckland. You’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality preventive and therapeutic care to patients of all ages, working alongside a supportive and collaborative dental team.

This is a part-time position, working Mondays and Fridays. 

What you’ll be doing

  • Deliver comprehensive oral health assessments and personalised treatment plans
  • Provide preventive care including scaling, polishing, fluoride treatments and oral health education
  • Empower patients with practical advice on hygiene, nutrition, and disease prevention
  • Maintain accurate electronic patient records and uphold best-practice infection control
  • Support smooth patient flow and contribute to a calm, reassuring experience—especially for anxious patients
  • Work closely with dentists and the wider team to deliver outstanding, coordinated care

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold unrestricted registration as an Oral Health Therapist (or equivalent) with the Dental Council of New Zealand, along with a current Annual Practicing Certificate (or the ability to obtain one).
