Job Description

Step into the dynamic and community-focused world of Lumino Viva Dental in Birkenhead and Lumino Glenfield, where high-quality dentistry meets supportive, people-first care. We’re on the lookout for an Oral Health Therapist or Hygienist who’s passionate about prevention, patient education, and building lasting relationships.

In this role, you’ll be a key contributor to the oral health and wellbeing of our loyal patient base, delivering exceptional hygiene care, educating patients on best-practice oral health, and championing preventative dentistry.

  • Tuesday & Wednesday – Lumino Viva Dental (Birkenhead)
    8:30am – 5:00pm 
  • Thursday – Lumino Glenfield
    8:30am – 5:00pm

Qualifications

  • At least 1+ year experience in Hygiene and/or Oral Health Therapy
  • Outstanding communication skills for patient education and rapport-building
  • A natural team spirit and a genuine interest in contributing to the warmth of the team
  • Exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of clinical practice
  • Hold unrestricted Oral Health Therapist or equivalent registration with the Dental Council New Zealand, as well as a current Annual Practicing Certificate (or able to obtain)
