Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, directing and coordinating multiple projects from initiation to completion. This includes organizing and communicating all relevant information, creating work orders, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role often involves collaboration with sales representatives, operations managers, and invoicing admin to deliver projects efficiently and safely from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

· Communication with sales representatives and operations personnel to ensure all relevant information flows     directly from call to delivery

· Relaying all relevant scheduling information from sales representatives to operations personnel

· Reading and understanding traffic control plans

· Creating detailed and accurate work orders based on traffic control plans

· Organizing and condensing information to be easily and efficiently understood

· Proactive problem solving to avoid potential issues before they occur

· Working with sales representatives and invoicing admin to ensure accurate pricing for all invoices

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

· Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation skills)

· Proficiency with technology

· Creating and carrying out successful plans and processes to solve complex problems

· Ability to read and understand a traffic control plan

· Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

· Experience in a relevant industry, for example, utility construction preferred

· Excellent project management, organizational, time management, and leadership skills

· Good Communication and problem solving skills

· Commitment to adhering to and promoting safe workplace practices.

· Must maintain a current, valid driver's license and a clean driving record, free of suspension or revocation.
