As an Engineering Manager, you will manage a team of seven expert Back-end Software Engineers responsible for the Authentication Platform tools.

You will:

• Motivate, coach, and manage a cross-country team of expert Back-end Software Engineers

• Plan, prioritize, and implement your product roadmap in collaboration with Product Managers and stakeholders

• Foster the adoption of key engineering best practices to improve the quality and reliability of the team's deliverables

… To thrive in a technical environment:

• Languages: Typescript, Node.js

• Knowledge of authentication systems

• Cloud: AWS, Lambda, AWS Serverless

• Infrastructure as Code tools: Terraform, Cloudformation

• Automation development: Jenkins, CircleCI

• You have previous experience managing a team of technical experts

• You have significant experience in authentication-related topics

• You have leadership based on trust and the success of your team. You are a good communicator and a team player.

• You have the ability to adapt to the most effective technologies to solve problems.
