We're looking for an experienced research leader with seasoned research, communication and people management skills. The successful candidate has a proven track record of translating research into design and product decisions. You will oversee a team of highly talented researchers across multiple research disciplines. The successful candidate must be an expert researcher who can generate and socialise insights that impact the strategy and product roadmaps of complex and diverse products. The role also requires a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams, preferably with researchers of different disciplines. Candidates must be able to articulate the vision of the team to cross-functional partners and be a strong advocate for the role of research in product development.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN INDIVIDUAL WHO CAN:

• Lead our Research function across all product spaces across multiple countries
• Manage a 20+ people research organisation across 4 research teams, including 4 research team managers as direct reports for UX research, CX and Research Ops.
• Shape the way research is operating in Aviv and set standard to high effectiveness and efficiency
• Lead the transformation of our research organisation towards high strategic thought leadership 
• Collaborate closely with your peers in Design, Product and Tech to maximise the impact of research
• Drive maturity of your organisation and build a thriving community of growth focussed talents

AN INDIVIDUAL WHO HAS:

• Several years of experience with direct reports under your guidance and leadership, including experience in managing managers
• Several years of experience of working in research in collaboration with product, engineering and design teams
• Experience in working in large, complex organisation within matrix structures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills that lead to effective and concrete results
• Experience managing across different research methodologies
