Job Description

ATP2 is looking for an Administrative Assistant to assist with the daily operations of running the office and business. This position is best suited for customer service oriented, well-organized and self-directed candidates. In this important role you will be completing a variety of duties as you put your office administration and time management skills to the test.

Qualifications

Requirements include:

· Well-organized professional with excellent administrative skills;

· Ability to handle multiple job demands and to prioritize work with minimal supervision;

· Outstanding interpersonal skills and telephone manner; ability to defuse customer concerns effectively;

· Strong organizational skills with good follow through and attention to detail;

· Expertise with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes; strong technical abilities is a plus;

· Excellent spelling, grammar and proofreading skills;

· Ability to interact professionally at all levels both internally and externally;

· Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and personnel matters;

· Ability to work well under pressure in an ever-changing environment;

· Strong service orientation and good judgment required.

· Minimum of a High School Diploma

· 5+ years of previous administrative or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities include:

· Organizing and handling day-to-day operations in support of senior management, including arranging travel and meetings, answering phones, drafting and typing correspondence, maintaining files and reports and providing backup administrative support as necessary;

· Handling incoming calls and requests from internal and external customers and vendors, answering inquiries, resolving problems where possible and making the appropriate referral where necessary;

· Organizing, preparing and maintain accurate company files and records;

· Effectively managing the continuous flow of correspondences and requests;

· General administrative responsibilities such as filing, ordering supplies and working with employees as needed to keep the office running smoothly;

· Other duties as assigned.
