JOB DESCRIPTION

TITLE: ATR 42/72 FSR 

LOCATION: SANTA MONICA (CALIFORNIA), US

CONTRACT DURATION: 12 MONTHS

STARTING: AUGUST 2025

We are looking for Technical Experts/Maintenance Managers in ATR 42 and/or 72 for a position of Field Service Representative in the USA, with the main base in Santa Monica (California). 

The tasks are mostly related to provide onsite technical support for ATR customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Focal point and technical assistance for ATR 42 and ATR 72 to the final customers.  

• Facilitate communication between the final customer and the different back-office services of the manufacturer.  

• Recurrent reports to the manufacturer regarding the final customer satisfaction and all operational issues.  

• Proposal for tailored solutions and improvements for the final customer.  

• Maintain the final customer’s satisfaction and coordinate any corrective action with the manufacturer. 

• Maintenance license with ATR 42 and/or ATR 72 type rating 

• Experience of minimum 5 years as aircraft technician or aeronautical engineer 

• Desirable experience as Field Representative and/or Maintenance management. 

• Knowledge of all related Maintenance Manuals, ADs, SBs, VSBs, Work Orders, Engineering Orders  

• English level: proficient  

• MS office: good knowledge, especially for presentations and data records 

• Maintenance software: good knowledge and experience 

• Customer orientation  

• Communication skills  

• Teamwork  

• Proactivity
