Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Archaeological Architect Engineer based in Riyadh. The role involves conducting detailed architectural assessments and documentation of archaeological and heritage sites, preparing restoration and conservation plans, and ensuring that projects comply with cultural heritage standards. The position also requires close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, preparing technical reports, and supporting construction supervision to preserve and enhance the cultural value of sites.

 

Qualifications


  • Proficiency in architectural assessment, restoration techniques, and conservation practices for heritage sites.
  • Strong background in research, documentation, and drawing preparation for archaeological architecture.
  • Experience with relevant technologies, software tools, and drafting systems, such as AutoCAD or BIM software.
  • Knowledge of local heritage preservation regulations and international best practices.
  • Strong project management, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
  • Relevant professional qualifications or certifications in architectural engineering or related fields.
  • A degree in architecture, archaeological studies, or a closely related discipline is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
