Job Description

  • Administration of Microsoft end-point manager (Intune) and Windows Intune services.
  • Administration of Conditional Access services and of Microsoft System Center Configuration Management (SCCM).
  • Monitor Microsoft Update announcements and plan for updates or manage mitigations.
  • Emergency Patching, application of mitigation/workarounds.
  • Investigation of root cause of incidents and proposal of permanent solutions.
  • Administration of M365 application, authorization and authentication services.
  • Second tier incident management and apply mitigations or solutions.
  • PAM(Privileged Access Management) implementation and management.
  • Administration of Remote access.
  • Application and audit log administration.

Qualifications

Mandatory:

  • Bachelor's plus 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven hands-on administration of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), including Windows Intune services configuration.
  • Strong administration of M365 identity and access services, including authentication/authorization and Conditional Access policy design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft SCCM administration, including software deployment, endpoint configuration, and patch management coordination.
  • Proven capability to manage Microsoft update cycles and emergency patching, including monitoring Update announcements, planning rollouts, and applying mitigations/workarounds under time pressure.
  • Solid second-tier operations experience, including incident root-cause investigation, implementing permanent fixes, managing PAM (Privileged Access Management), remote access administration, and handling application/audit log administration.
  • Good knowledge of English equal to B2 according to CERF.
