Job Description
ARHS Group - part of Accenture - is looking for an experienced SAP Trainer for one of its clients at the EU Institutions in Brussels.
The SAP Trainer plays a key role in supporting the successful rollout and adoption of a new SAP-based financial management platform, replacing a legacy system. This platform is part of a broader modernization initiative aimed at streamlining financial operations and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. The SAP Trainer is responsible for developing tailored training materials, user guides, and instructional videos that reflect the organization’s specific operational context.
Context
This role ensures that all staff receive clear, context-specific guidance to effectively use the new SAP-based financial platform. By tailoring training and communication to the organization’s needs, the SAP Trainer supports a smooth transition from the legacy system, enhances user confidence, and contributes to the success of the digital transformation initiative.
Role & Responsibilities
- Designing and maintaining comprehensive training materials, including user manuals, quick reference guides, FAQs, and e-learning modules.
- Creating engaging video tutorials and walkthroughs to support users in navigating the new SAP-based platform.
- Collaborating with functional and technical experts to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with platform updates.
- Customizing training and communication strategies to reflect the organization’s structure, workflows, and user needs.
- Managing and updating the internal knowledge base to ensure content remains current, accessible, and user-friendly.
- Collecting and analyzing user feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness and user support.
- Contributing to internal communication efforts to raise awareness and understanding of the platform’s features and benefits.
Qualifications
Your profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication, Instructional Design, Information Management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in developing SAP training materials and user documentation, ideally in a large or international organization.
- Strong grasp of knowledge management practices and digital learning tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional language skills are an asset.
- Proficiency in multimedia content creation tools
- Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments is a plus.
