Job Description
ARHS Group – part of Accenture – is looking for several CRM Specialists for one of its clients, a key player in the global steel industry.
Qualifications
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information-technology, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of existing, new and emerging technologies and ability to practically apply them to new business designs and business models to achieve targeted business outcomes.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, adept at conveying complex ideas with clarity and professionalism.
- Sound experience in working with Multi-National & Offshore / Onsite team
Technical Skills:
- Extensive expertise and hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/XRM, encompassing customization for Customer Service, workflow management, and integration utilizing custom APIs. Proficient in developing plugins and custom workflow assemblies.
- Robust hands-on proficiency with Dynamics 365 SDK and Power Platform, encompassing Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate flows, Dataverse, Power Pages and Power BI.
- Expertise in seamlessly integrating Dynamics CRM applications with various systems, including ERP (SAP) and Portal solutions.
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET framework, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL Server.
- Good understanding of DevOps Automation processes within relevant domains, including Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), Release Management, and Security protocols. Proficient in utilizing Azure DevOps Service alongside integrated tools and technologies.
- Good Experience and deep understanding of REST/SOAP web services, JSON, XML, XSD.
- Good understanding of overall Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes, tools and technologies (including development tools, testing tools, configuration management and release management tools)
- Good knowledge and experience in application development, (API’s) application programming interfaces, middleware, cloud compute, database management, identity management and security.
- Solid understanding of agile principles and development methodologies and capability of supporting agile teams by providing advice and guidance on opportunities, impact and risks, taking account of technical and architectural debt
Certifications
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-200/400 and MB-210: Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales) would be considered an asset.
