• Work closely with managers and end-users to define system requirements and business goals.
• Translate needs into technical specifications.
• Manage both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Identify potential solutions.
• Analyze existing systems.
• Perform cost-benefit analyses for upgrades.
• Develop models and diagrams.
• Contribute to design, testing, and quality assurance.
• Support change management.
• Assist with deployment and troubleshooting.

• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business analysis, systems analysis or systems development
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a System Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
