Established in 2016, the Greek entity Arηs Developments Hellas aims to extend Arηs Group activities dedicated to the European market providing high-quality services in Software Development, covering the entire application development lifecycle: starting with user requirements, business process redesign, and specifications, to continue with development, testing, and application maintenance.

We are currently looking for a Subject Matter Specialist to join our growing team in one of the biggest European organizations.

Tasks:

• Daily solution administration (management, monitoring, troubleshooting)
• Maintaining up to date solution documentation including technical documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user manuals, knowledge base articles etc.
• If applicable, managing solution thru the complete service lifecycle
• Other specific duties as assigned by client's ICT SCSMT team leader

Knowledge and skills:

• Bachelor plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in a similar position and a minimum of 8 years of IT relevant professional experience 
• Minimum English language skills at the Level B2
• Excellent knowledge of the subject at the administration level
• Well-understanding of complex information systems and their interoperability
• Knowledge of IT security standards
• Presents excellent command of English, at least at B2 level
• Extreme sense of responsibility - Accuracy and attention to details
• Open-minded, excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Very good communication skills
• Supportive and helpful personality with a cooperative and service-oriented attitude

Specific Requirements:

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell or Bash
• Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible
• Experience with Infrastructure automatization tools such as Terraform
• Experience with Infrastructure automatization tools such as VMware ARIA Automation 
• Strong knowledge of VMware vSphere and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux Red Hat configuration and automatization
