About the Role

As a Therapy Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for children, families, and referrers accessing our services. Working within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment, you will provide administrative support that helps our clinical team deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a welcoming and professional experience for clients and families
  • Manage therapist schedules and appointments across clinic and community settings
  • Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records
  • Support accounts receivable processes and NDIS claiming requirements
  • Assist clinicians with administrative tasks related to service delivery
  • Complete data entry, document preparation, and general administrative duties
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience using practice management software (essential)
  • Knowledge of NDIS administration processes or similar funding systems
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
  • A proactive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement

Essential Compliance Requirements

  • Working with Children Check
  • National Police Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Current CPR and First Aid Certification
