Job Description
Senior Speech Pathologist – Hindmarsh
Join Early Start Australia as a Senior Speech Pathologist and become part of a knowledgeable, collaborative, and dedicated transdisciplinary clinical team. In this role, you will deliver evidence-based assessments and therapy to a mixed paediatric caseload, supporting children with developmental delays and/or disabilities through tailored therapy programs and Early Childhood Early Intervention.
Working across our clinic, client homes, schools, and via telehealth, you will partner closely with families to help each child grow, develop, and achieve their individual goals.
You will be supported by a highly efficient administration team, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality clinical care.

What you’ll bring
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and current Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership
- Experience working with children and/or individuals with disability
- Confidence in supporting children and partnering with families
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse environment
