About the role
Are you an experienced Physiotherapist ready to step into a leadership role while still managing your own caseload? We are seeking a dynamic Practice Principal to join our thriving practice in St George/ Blakehurst on a full-time basis.
In this role, you will leverage your 5+ years of predominantly private practice experience within our well-established clinic, which is renowned for its strong connections with community and sporting clubs. Although you'll be taking on a leadership role, you will continue to manage your own caseload and apply your clinical skills. Prior management experience is desirable but not essential. Our high-profile location, long term clientele and referrer base offers an excellent opportunity to grow your career and clinical expertise. There is also potential for an equity stake in the practice.

Our clinic integrates a diverse range of allied health disciplines - Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Remedial Massage and Pliates, providing a comprehensive approach to health, wellness and recovery. You'll play a key role in shaping the future of multidisciplinary care and enhancing patient outcomes across these specialised areas as well as a long association with local surgeons and St George Dragons Rugby league club.
In this role you will be...
Developing and implement protocols and guidelines to maintain consistent quality aligned with our network of Lifecare clinics
Ensuring high levels of service and quality clinical satisfaction among patients, clients and referrers to enable the provision of optimal health outcomes
Maintaining consistently high standards of service delivery
Acting as a liaison between the clinic and the larger network, facilitating communication, sharing best practices, and promoting the growth and success of the Lifecare network
Provide mentoring to junior practitioners and facilitating pathways for practitioners to develop clinical expertise and rewarding careers.
Working with the State Manager and recruitment team to identify need for new practitioners, conducting interviews for potential candidates, and supporting with onboarding tasks for new practitioners.
