About the Role
As an In‑Work Support Consultant, you’ll provide ongoing support to participants past six months of employment. You’ll help them navigate challenges, build confidence, and maintain sustainable long‑term work. Your work directly contributes to life‑changing outcomes.
Location: Modbury, South Australia (can be open to other offices permitting space)
What You’ll Do
Provide proactive support to participants through regular phone and face‑to‑face contact
Monitor progress and help resolve workplace challenges
Prepare accurate documentation in line with contractual requirements
Identify training or support needs to strengthen employment outcomes
Manage a PPS caseload and meet performance and quality standards
Maintain detailed records and contribute to continuous improvement
What You Bring
Experience in Employment Services or strong transferable skills
Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities
Confidence working independently and in fast‑paced environments
Proven performance mindset and strong organisational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (including Excel)
High motivation and a genuine passion for helping others succeed
Requirements
Full working rights in Australia
Current driver’s licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
MyGovID (Standard level)
Ability to pass a National Police Check and Working With Children Check
Full‑time availability (Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5:00pm)
