Job Description
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Manage Sales trainings
- Knowledge custodian for the LOB
- Planning and ensuring the execution of calendar
- Ensure zonal teams are trained, productivity mapping
- Deliver agreed client KPI goals & SOP
- Maintain the entire training data base for the LOB
Qualifications
Ideal Candidate Profile (Essential Attributes)
- Minimum 4-5 years of work experience
- Telecom experience can be an added advantage
- Should be either in sales or sales training
- Should be able to multitask and handle complexity and ambiguity
- Should have good communication and writing skills
