Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure Fieldforce presence on the ground for assigned projects
  • Deployment, execution of all fieldforce activities
  • Identification, co-ordination and managing of all the on ground execution partners
  • Ensure all hiring mandates are fulfilled

 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Meet people in client organization i.e., Function heads (Sales & Service), HR head, L&D head
  • Daily active count of the fieldforce
  • Timely hiring and back-fill of resources wherever required
  • Identify, Engage and manage external partners for hiring and back fill of fieldforce.
  • Able to hire and deploy on his/her own
  • Be able to deeply assess and understand customer needs and create customized solutions through an effectively articulated value proposition statement enabling customer’s business improvement.
  • Conduct daily, monthly reviews
  • Conduct multiple Negotiations with the spocs at client and ensure proper contracting
  • Working close with delivery team for a seamless execution

 

Qualifications

Any graduate/post graduate with 8+ years of successful experience and a proven track record of managing all aspects of driving fieldforce business for consulting/Value selling solutions/staffing.

1. Responsible for ensuring that project deliverables are met for the Corporate hiring aspects

2. Responsible to identify new sales enablement partners across the country and utilise them for inground execution
