The role of the Assistant Store Supervisor is to contribute to the right store operation according to the company’s standards, processes and procedures and to work towards achieving the desired goals participating in the overall success of our retail network. The job position concerns the company’s store in The Mall Athens.

• Assisting the Store Supervisor on all daily workflows of the store; opening, closure, daily sales targets, arrivals and returns etc.; Being responsible on his/ her absence and act according on his/her behalf when necessary
• Acting as a role model to employees; working based on the company’s customer service standards
• Working along with the Store Supervisor towards meeting store’s goals. Being able to understand and discuss KPIs
• Training new staff members on all store’s processes under the guidance of the Store Supervisor
• Addressing customers' requests, comments, and complaints ensuring high level customers’ satisfaction
• Taking part in meetings and working closely with the retail team (Area managers, VMs, etc.)
• Implementing policies and procedures based on company standards
• Performing other related tasks as necessary

• Working experience of at least three years as an assistant or store supervisor
• Experience in the apparel fashion industry will be considered an advancement
•  University Degree in any discipline will be consider a plus
• Proficient user of MS Office. Knowledge of ERP system will be highly appreciated
• Goal oriented and passionate with sales; Customer centric approach
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong supervisory skills: approachability, energy, and enthusiasm to motivate and engage others
