Job Description

The engineer is responsible for leading vehicle fleet operability activities, software update execution, vehicle issue triage, and root cause investigations across development, durability, reliability, and field fleets. 

Key Responsibilities
•    Lead fleet vehicle troubleshooting and root cause analysis activities.
•    Support development fleets, durability fleets, proving grounds, shipping ports, and storage yards.
•    Analyze vehicle electrical, networking, and software-related concerns
•    Review CAN, LIN, Ethernet, and vehicle communication logs.
•    Develop issue reports and corrective action recommendations.
•    Interface with design, software, validation, manufacturing, and quality teams.
•    Provide weekly operational status reports and executive summaries.
•    Support launch activities and vehicle readiness reviews.

Drive issue resolution to closure and verify effectiveness of corrective actions


 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
  • Communication Protocols (CAN/LIN/Ethernet)
  • Key skills : DOORS, CANoe, CANalyzer, MS Office 
  • good communication skills as this person is in daily customer contact
  • well presenting themself as soft skill 
  • Autonomy & Problem solving
  • good English level in writing and oral (at least B2)
  • Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel
  • practical experience working as intern or working student
