Analyse des SFD, extraction des exigences

Rédaction et enrichissement des scénarios de test fonctionnel afin de valider la solution

Réalisation des tests fonctionnels et gestion des anomalies via JIRA

Suivi de l’avancement des JIRA jusqu’à leur résolution

Réunions avec Business Leaders ou équipes locales (filiales-pays déployés) lorsque nécessaire pour avancement

Tenue des KPI d’avancement de recettes et estimation de charge

Participation aux chantiers de support utilisateurs (interactions avec Equipe Vie Courante lorsque nécessaire)

Coordination entre le TL et l'équipe

- Bac+5 en IT

- Connaissances générales de la Supply Chain

- Environnement IT, principes généraux d'intégration systèmes et de testing

- JIRA, SAP

- Aisance de communication (écrit/oral)

- Pilotage plannings et organisation

- Capacité d’animation, force de proposition

- Esprit de synthèse, capacités rédactionnelles

- Réactivité
