Responsibilities

• Identify and select sourcing solutions based on quality, cost, and lead-time criteria

• Negotiate delivery and manufacturing lead times

• Manage inventory and anticipate procurement requirements using SAP

• Work closely with production and logistics teams to ensure continuity of material flows

• Monitor and follow up on purchase orders until effective receipt of ordered parts, ensuring full traceability

• Track and analyze performance indicators (KPIs) to identify improvement opportunities

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain

• Provide activity reporting to management

• Participate in supplier panel management, supporting suppliers in meeting Cost / Lead Time / Quality requirements and ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (Bachelor +5) or equivalent

• Initial experience in Supply Chain within the transportation sector (aerospace, rail, automotive, etc.)

• Ability to work in both English and French

• Proficiency in SAP
