Job Description
YOU…
- define and manage system requirements for test benches and simulators (according to SoW)
- ensure traceability between requirements, design, and test validation (DO-178C, ARP4754)
- coordinate the integration of mechanical, electrical, and software components into a complete system
- validate system performance against requirements and perform simulations using ANSYS or MATLAB/Simulink
- create test and validation plans including KPIs and success criteria
- conduct risk analyses (FMEA, FTA) and develop mitigation strategies
- ensure compliance with aerospace standards and safety regulations
- analyze test results, document lessons learned, and contribute to continuous improvement
Qualifications
YOU…
- hold a degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a comparable field
- have relevant professional experience in systems engineering with a focus on requirements, integration, and validation in aerospace projects
- are proficient in tools such as ANSYS or MATLAB/Simulink, and familiar with relevant standards (DO-178C, ARP4754)
- bring experience in risk analysis (FMEA, FTA) and compliance
- possess fluent English skills
