We are currently looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join an ongoing high-impact programme focused on increasing production capacity. You will be working onsite with the customer, supporting operations and implementing engineering improvements in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide full manufacturing engineering support across production
• Design and implement tooling and fixtures
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation (PFMEAs, work instructions, process timings)
• Lead initiatives in line balancing and flow optimisation
• Support the shop floor with day-to-day operational guidance
• Work closely with supply chain and planning teams
• Assist in transitioning from a contractor-led team to a permanent workforce

Essential Experience:

• 4–8 years of experience in manufacturing engineering
• Strong knowledge of PFMEA, line balancing, and flow design
• Experience working in fast-paced production environments
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Comfortable working with limited existing documentation
• Must be eligible for UK Security Clearance
