Le IT Transformation Program Manager – Infrastructure & Platforms aura comme missions de : 

• Gouverner le portefeuille d’initiatives du programme 3S
• Suivre les économies générées (Opex / Capex), alignées avec les objectifs stratégiques
• Développer des modèles financiers, reportings réguliers (CIO Office, Comité de pilotage)
• Collaborer avec les équipes IT, les CoEs, les métiers
• Mettre en place la structure de gouvernance, dashboards de pilotage, gestion des risques
• Apporter une vision stratégique tout en assurant l’exécution opérationnelle

Diplômé(e) d'un Bac+5 en informatique.

Expérience : Minimum 7 ans en gestion de programmes IT (idéalement en transformation d’infrastructure)

Compétences requises : 

• Pilotage de programmes complexes (7+ ans d'expérience)
• Excellente maîtrise des modèles financiers (Opex, Capex, ROI)
• Outils : Excel, PowerBI, QlikSense
• Communication et présentation auprès de la direction
• PMP, PRINCE2 ou équivalent souhaité
• Capacité à influencer, structurer et sécuriser la gouvernance
