As a Product Owner, you will act as the key interface between development teams, technical stakeholders, and end users. You will drive the product vision for HiL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) test systems, ensuring the functional and technical coherence of delivered solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product vision for HiL test benches in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Write and prioritize user stories and manage the product backlog in an Agile (SCRUM) environment.
• Coordinate development sprints (2-week cycles) and actively participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Collaborate with technical teams to:
  • Integrate Vector tools and customer-specific solutions.
  • Validate system and software architectures.
  • Plan hardware/software resources and lab layout.
• Oversee validation testing (ECU flashing, diagnostics, fault injection, etc.).
• Analyze user feedback and support issue resolution.
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of product releases (every 8 weeks).

Your Profile :

Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

More Thane 5 years of experience in the same position

You are passionate about complex technical environments and enjoy bridging the gap between business needs and engineering solutions.

Required Skills:

• Experience as a Product Owner or Technical Project Manager in a HiL/SIL or embedded systems environment.
• Solid understanding of system and software architectures.
• Familiarity with Vector tools (CANoe, CANalyzer) and communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet).
• Knowledge of software development tools: MATLAB/Simulink, C/C++.
• Experience with version control systems (Git/GitHub) and CI tools (e.g., Jenkins).
• Strong analytical, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Fluent in English (German is a plus).
