Job Description

  • The role of each pilot is to facilitate the work of our project team to build the RFQ folder based on the specification stored in Enovia (PLM system). It is completely linked with the engineering structure.

    Two types of specification and validation plan are managed:

  • Generic
  • Applicative project.

  • For each above types, the missions consist of animate the evolution of the containers used by the component leader and part leader.

  • The aim is to ensure the compliance of the structure of the component with applying the PLM system rules inside OIA and OID.

Your mission as Specification and Validation Pilot is separated in two directions.

  • One with the leader of the above range in the engineering structure to validate the allocation and the availability of each specification in the components.
  • The other with the component leader to ensure the exhaustivity of the part specification and validation plan to deliver a sourcing folder.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics.
  • Recent graduate with experience in a similar role (including internships).

Technical Skills:

  • Enovia: PLM training required, with certification provided by the company.
  • SAP BI4: Ability to export the project's BOM and separate the BCI perimeter from others.
  • Proficiency in Office tools, particularly Excel (including advanced Excel functions).
  • DocInfo: Ability to create and modify files.
  • Proficient in both French and English.
