As a Maintenance Technician, you'll help maintain the community through apartment turns, service requests, preventative maintenance, and repairs across a variety of building systems. You'll troubleshoot issues, complete work orders, and help ensure homes are ready for both new and current residents.

What You Will Do

• Provide responsive, professional service to residents and support fellow team members
• Complete apartment turns to prepare homes for incoming residents
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plumbing, basic electrical systems, appliances, HVAC equipment, and other building components
• Perform preventative and routine maintenance to help maintain the condition of the community
• Assist with move-in and move-out inspections as needed
• Support vendor quality oversight when applicable
• Share technical knowledge and assist with the development of other Maintenance Technicians when appropriate
• Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to after-hours maintenance needs as required

What You Have

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a facilities, residential, multifamily, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, or building environment
• Proficient skills in at least two technical trades, including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry, or related disciplines
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs with limited supervision
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed
• Reliable transportation to respond to emergency service requests while on-call
• Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the role, including moving equipment and materials
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
