Job Description
We are hiring a Leasing Consultant for Dream in Las Vegas, NV.
At Dream, you will do more than show apartments. You will take ownership of the leasing process, from responding to the first inquiry and leading a personalized tour to following up, overcoming objections, and closing the lease.

- Exceptional earning potential: Earn a competitive base rate of $20.00 per hour, plus high-volume commission opportunities, with top performers earning $112,000+ in total annual compensation. Your hourly rate will be determined based on your relevant skills and experience.
- Multiple opportunities to increase commission per lease including:
- Longer lease term: 18-month or longer vs. the standard 12-month length
- Higher rent rate unit: Updated finishes, larger floorplan, better view, etc.

What You Will Do
- Convert phone calls, online inquiries, and walk-ins into tours, applications, and signed leases.
- Discover each prospect’s priorities and match them with the right apartment home.
- Lead personalized tours that clearly communicate the value of living at Dream.
- Handle questions and objections with confidence, then ask for the lease.
- Follow AIR’s sales process and maintain consistent, timely prospect follow-up.
- Meet or exceed monthly leasing goals and contribute to the community’s occupancy and revenue performance.
- Maintain accurate prospect, application, and leasing information.
- Deliver a polished, welcoming experience from first contact through move-in.
- Support community marketing initiatives and nearby AIR communities as needed.
- Adhere to all Fair Housing Laws and Regulations.

What You Have
What You Have
- 1+ year of sales and customer service experience, with a track record of reaching goals in a fast-paced environment such as property management, hospitality, retail, or restaurants.
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales goals while following a defined sales process.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the confidence to understand prospect needs, communicate value, address objections, and ask for the lease.
- Consistent follow-through, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple prospects throughout the leasing process.
- A flexible schedule with availability to work during community office hours. The anticipated schedule is Monday and Wednesday through Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Hours may vary based on community needs and season.
- Reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
