Job Description

We are looking for a Business Applications Specialist to join our Procurement team in Denver, CO!

Where You Will Work 

Our corporate office is located in the Denver Tech Center. Our office spans the top two floors of the building and features expansive views of the mountains and the downtown skyline. 

AIR values relationships and the benefits from working side by side with teammates, therefore this position will be in-office 5 days a week to support procurement operations.

What You Will Do

You will provide system support, data gathering and tracking and reporting related to Procurement and AP Accounting transactions and exceptions. Ensure effective and efficient Procurement and Accounting processes are adhered to while providing the highest quality of customer service and responsiveness.

A bit more about what you’ll do…

  • Provide support services and is liaison between Operations, Procurement, Accounting and vendors to resolve exceptions. May revise incorrect information as necessary.
  • Analyze current/historical activities, results or complex data. Solves problems that may vary in complexity and scope.
  • May provide assistance analyzing or preparing the information to be loaded and disseminated via the business application.
  • Respond to questions about system data and processes; escalates questions or concerns with data/process administration to the appropriate party.

Qualifications

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance or business-related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in reporting or analytical focused position.
  • Experience with Coupa is a plus.
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office products with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with Accounting, Procurement or CRM systems preferred.
  • Strong communications and customer service skills.

AIR offers attractive total compensation packages designed to recognize and reward performance including:

  • Expected pay range of $55,000 - $65,000 base salary plus 10% annual target bonus. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
