AHRC NYC is holding a JOB FAIR for Full and Part-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSP) for multiple Queens residences.

DATE & TIME: TUESDAY NOVEMBER 25TH, 2025  from 10AM-1PM

LOCATION: Recruiter will provide specific address for qualified candidates.

POSITIONS TO BE FILLED:

40HR DAay Shift: 7AM-3PM........dDrivers License Required

40HR Evening shifts: 3pm-11pm....Drivers license Required.

30 & 40HR Overnight shift: 11pm-9am

Weekend availability needed for most positions!  

PAY RATE: $20- $21.36 per hour depending on residence placement and driving status. In addition, these positions all come with a comprehensive Benefit package which includes FREE MEDICAL INSURANCE! See below for additional Benefit information.

• The oversight of all safety and health considerations
• Promoting skill development, interests, and hobbies
• Assisting with Adult Daily Living skills (ADLs)
• Other personalized responsibilities including cooking, cleaning, hygiene, etc.

• Personal or Professional experience supporting People with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) preferred.
• Professionalism; integrity; excellent communication skills. Patience is a MUST!
• Willingness to support people's preferences for community, activities, work, leisure activities, the exercise of their rights etc. in various settings.
• Ability to use a computer for data entry.
• High school education/GED, highly preferred.
