Job Description

Context:

As a member of Road & Landscape Design South at AFRY, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse international projects that will make a real impact. Through the Design Center you will collaborate with a team of highly skilled professionals in Sweden, use cutting-edge technology, and play a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions for our clients. It is important that you are a team player that like to work in teams with different competences and that you are curious and eager to learn new things.

About the team in Sweden :

The team currently have 28 engineers working with Road and Landscape engineering.

Our focus is on design and sustainability, aiming to create innovative and sustainable design solutions that integrate aesthetically pleasing design with long-term environmental sustainability. By combining creative design with principles of sustainability, we strive to make a positive impact on society and future generations.

We collaborate on projects with both public and private clients. Our assignments range from large infrastructure projects for roads and railways, to smaller streets, parks, schools, playgrounds and residential areas. With expertise in both technical and aesthetic solutions, we cooperate with other technical disciplines as needed. We work with a wide scope of assignments ranging from the planning-stage to execution of detailed drawings for final production.

We work creatively in teams, fostering ideas and fresh perspectives alongside our colleagues from other technical fields.

Responsibility:

  • Detailed design in Revit with output in dwg
  • Model production and responsibility
  • Drawing production
  • Illustrations

Qualifications

We expect that you have:

  • A Qualified Degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Engineering from a reputed College
  • 4 - 6 years of relevant experience of landscaping
  • Good written and verbal English language (CEFR minimum level B1)
  • Advanced skills in:
    • Revit
    • Civil 3D
    • AutoCad
  • A good knowledge of working in:
    • MS Office
    • Adobe InDesign
    • Adobe Illustrator
    • Adobe Photoshop
