We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Analyst / Consultant. In this position, you will have a unique opportunity to provide your contribution towards a sustainable future by passionately driving the necessary change processes in the pulp and paper and adjacent industries in our Bioindustry ODT team. 

Your responsibilities

• As a member of a highly motivated international team of consultants with focus on Operational Excellence Projects you will diagnose, redesign, and implement operational excellence initiatives within the pulp and paper and adjacent industries, with special focus on supply chain.
• You will develop and conduct client workshops to identify opportunities to enhance efficiency across production, supply chain, and maintenance, reduce process breaks, eliminate unnecessary interfaces, and create innovative solutions.
• In close collaboration with our clients you will formulate core transformation strategies based on client data and employee insights.
• Together with your colleagues you will identify opportunities to enhance efficiency across production, supply chain, and maintenance, reduce process breaks, eliminate unnecessary interfaces, and create innovative solutions.
• We undertake a lot of complex process models, so we are looking for someone with an aptitude for IT and digital solutions
• One of our main tasks is change management, which is why another focus of your work will be to identify change management needs and work closely with clients and their employees to support organizational transformation.

Your profile

• You have a very good university degree in business, economics, paper technology, or engineering.
• You gained first experience in the pulp and paper or related industries by work or internships
• You are highly interested / experienced in designing target operating models, organizational design, and process design from a consulting perspective.
• We undertake a lot of complex analyses, so we expect you to have an analytical and quantitative mindset as well as a strong affinity to IT and digital solutions
• Full fluency in German and English (oral and written) is essential. As we work a lot across national borders, additional language skills are a plus.
• You have the willingness to travel to customer sites.
• We believe that we are at our best, when colleagues with different backgrounds and assets work together, so it´s essential to have a high level of enthusiasm for constantly changing challenges and enjoy working well and effectively with others.
