AECOM 台灣現正招聘一位具豐富經驗的資深設計師（建築），負責支援各類型專案的規劃、設計及執行，包括商業、綜合用途、辦公空間、醫療保健、教育、酒店及公共部門發展項目。

成功受聘者應具備紮實的建築設計能力、優秀的中英文溝通技巧，以及國際化工作經驗，能夠與不同持份者有效協作，推動專案順利完成。

• 工作地點： 台北市
• 工作時間：週一至週五，上午 9:00 至下午 6:00（彈性工時），包含 1 小時午休時間。
• 出差需求： 不需要出差或外派。

工作內容:

• 負責從概念發展至詳細設計階段的建築設計方案規劃與執行。
• 編製設計簡報、圖則、報告及相關技術文件。
• 與內部跨專業團隊及外部顧問協調合作，確保專案順利推進。
• 參與以英語及普通話進行的專案會議及設計工作坊。
• 與 AECOM 本地及區域團隊緊密合作，共同推動專案發展。
• 協助提升設計品質、技術水平及專案交付表現。

Job Description:

• Develop architectural design solutions from concept through detailed design stages.
• Prepare design presentations, drawings, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with internal multidisciplinary teams and external consultants.
• Participate in project meetings and design workshops in both English and Mandarin.
• Collaborate with local and regional AECOM teams.
• Contribute to design quality, technical excellence, and project delivery performance.

背景條件:

• 具備相關科系大學學歷或以上 (都市設計，都市規劃，建築設計相關學位)
• 具備最少 10 年以上相關工作經驗
• 曾參與由概念設計（Concept Design）、設計發展（Design Development）至施工文件編製（Construction Documentation）各階段的建築項目。
• 對建築設計原則及跨專業團隊協調工作有深入理解。
• 能流利使用 普通話及英語，並具備優秀的口頭及書面溝通能力。
• 熟悉 Revit、AutoCAD、Adobe Creative Suite 及 Microsoft Office 等軟件。
• 熟悉以 BIM（建築資訊模型）為基礎的專案交付流程。
• 能夠在多元文化及國際化的專案環境中有效工作。
• 具備高度工作主動性，並能獨立完成工作。
• 具備國際專案經驗或海外建築設計事務所工作經驗者優先。
• 熟悉以 BIM（建築資訊模型）為基礎的專案交付流程。
• 具備以英語撰寫設計報告、簡報及專案文件的經驗。

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in related studies, Urban Planning & Design / Architecture
• Minimum 10 years of professional architectural design experience.
• Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience participating in projects from Concept Design through Design Development and Construction Documentation.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with BIM-based project delivery workflows Ability to work effectively in multicultural and international project environments.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Experience with international projects or overseas design practices.
• Experience preparing design reports, presentations, and project documentation in English.
• Understanding of sustainable design principles and current industry trends.
