Job Description
We are looking for a hybrid profile that combines BIM project delivery experience with a strong interest in digital solutions, automation and technology. The ideal candidate understands how engineering projects are delivered and enjoys using data and digital tools to solve real project challenges.
You will work with project teams to improve project delivery through digital solutions, automation, reporting and BIM best practices, acting as a bridge between project teams and digital technologies.
Job Description
- Deliver digital solutions that improve project performance, efficiency and collaboration.
- Develop dashboards, reporting and automation tools for project teams.
- Support BIM project delivery, information management and best modelling practices.
- Act as a bridge between project teams and digital technologies, translating delivery needs into practical solutions.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and digital innovation
- Contribute to digital standards, templates, and reusable solutions across the organization
Qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience in BIM, digital delivery, data or automation roles within the AEC industry.
- Hands-on experience supporting project delivery through BIM coordination, information management and platforms such as Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
- Experience developing reporting, analytics or automation solutions using tools such as Power BI, Power Automate or Power Apps.
- Strong interest in digital innovation and the application of technology to improve project outcomes.
- Fluent English.
- Degree in Architecture or Engineering.
- Based in Madrid or Barcelona.
Skills
- Advanced Power BI (data modelling, DAX)
- Power Query / ETL / data pipelines
- Azure (Data Factory, Functions, Storage or similar)
- GitHub / version control and collaborative development
- Scripting (Dynamo, Python, APIs)
- Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM360
- Knowledge of interoperability (IFC, APIs, BIM–GIS integration)
- Experience in ISO 19650
