Job Description

We are seeking an innovative and visionary Concept Architect to join our creative team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This is an exceptional opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in computational design and architectural innovation to contribute to groundbreaking, multidisciplinary projects. You will collaborate with experienced design leadership and cross-functional teams to develop sophisticated architectural solutions that seamlessly integrate aesthetic vision with technical precision and performance optimization. This role offers the chance to advance your expertise while working on diverse projects ranging from conceptual exploration through detailed implementation, while mentoring and supporting fellow team members in computational design methodologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop concept designs, design strategies, and optioneering studies that balance innovation with practical feasibility
  • Create and execute computational, generative, and parametric design studies using advanced modeling techniques
  • Design and implement algorithmic and procedural workflows to streamline design processes and enhance efficiency
  • Develop design automation and optimization workflows that improve project delivery and quality outcomes
  • Conduct environmental and performance-driven analysis using industry-standard tools such as Ladybug and Galapagos
  • Lead architectural massing, spatial development, and coordinate across multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive project outcomes
  • Explore and integrate AI-enabled design solutions and computational workflows into project methodologies
  • Produce compelling presentations, direct visualization strategies, and craft compelling design narratives that communicate complex concepts
  • Mentor and support junior and graduate architects, fostering their growth in computational design workflows and best practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and translate them into innovative architectural solutions
  • Analyze design challenges analytically and develop resilient, forward-thinking solutions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Architectural Design, or related field (Master's Degree preferred)
  • Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in architectural design, computational design, or equivalent demonstrated experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Rhino and Grasshopper for parametric and generative design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for visualization and presentation production
