Job Description
This role is part of the Source to Pay Team in Manila, supporting Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) teams. The role operates under direct supervision, ensuring compliance with approved policies, procedures, and relevant systems in TPRM to maintain operational efficiency.
- Ensure the successful onboarding of Third Parties using approved policies, procedures and relevant systems
- Provide timely and accurate reviewing and recording of all Third-Party data within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Validate supplier qualification submissions
- Manage and update subcontractor certifications
- Maintain Third Party Records
- Ensure correct commodity L1-L3 is selected from the approved taxonomy for all Third Parties
- Follow up with Third Parties when nonresponsive to onboarding requests or recertification
- Liaise with Third Parties, Project Managers, Risk Domains and other stakeholders to ensure the successful resolution of all onboarding issues
- Support and direct users to the correct procedures for managing Third Party Risk
- Provide Vendor Master Data Team support to ensure alignment with SIM/CRA
- Support Third Party certification, qualification and re-qualification program including reviewing all subcontractor responses for completeness and to the standards expected
- Work within agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI)/SLAs in alignment with continuous improvement
- May provide feedback on process change that improve efficiency; recommend process improvement that enhances user experience
- Test any system enhancements when necessary
- Use standard procedures, protocols, or techniques to resolve clearly defined problems; escalate any areas of concern or more complex issues to direct supervisor
- Work under direct supervision
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain preferred
- 3-4 years’ experience in management of Third Parties Customer Service, or Procurement preferred
- Knowledge of Coupa platform and associated systems
