Job Description
We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Contracts Administration Manager to join our organization in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will oversee the complete contract lifecycle, from initial drafting and negotiation through execution and renewal. You will serve as a key liaison between internal departments and external partners, ensuring all contractual obligations are met while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical abilities, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
- Manage the full contract lifecycle, including preparation, review, negotiation, and execution of commercial, vendor, and service agreements
- Analyze contract terms and conditions to identify risks, inconsistencies, and areas requiring clarification or modification
- Maintain a centralized contract repository and database, ensuring accurate documentation, version control, and easy accessibility for stakeholders
- Monitor contract performance and compliance, tracking key dates, milestones, renewal deadlines, and obligations to prevent lapses or missed opportunities
- Coordinate with legal, procurement, finance, and operational departments to ensure alignment on contract requirements and timely execution
- Prepare comprehensive contract reports and summaries for management review, highlighting critical terms, financial implications, and compliance status
- Conduct vendor and supplier management activities, including performance evaluations and contract renewal negotiations
- Ensure all contracts comply with organizational policies, Saudi Arabian regulations, and applicable legal requirements
- Develop and implement standardized contract templates and processes to improve efficiency and consistency across the organization
- Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders regarding contract terms, obligations, and best practices
- Identify opportunities to optimize contract terms, reduce costs, and mitigate organizational risk
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive contractual information with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications
**Required Skills and Experience:**
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience in contracts administration, procurement, or related field
- Demonstrated expertise in contract management, including drafting, review, negotiation, and administration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in identifying and assessing contractual risks and compliance issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Advanced organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
- Proficiency with contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel)
- Experience managing vendor and supplier relationships
- Knowledge of contract law fundamentals and procurement processes
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
**Preferred Skills and Experience:**
- Experience working in a multinational or large corporate organization
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabian business regulations and local compliance requirements
- Experience in specific industries such as construction, engineering, procurement, or manufacturing
- Knowledge of database management systems
- Experience with e-signature platforms and digital contract management tools
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership capacity
- Certification in contracts management or related field
